Assurify Consulting: better by experience

As a boutique project management consultancy, Assurify Consulting specialises in Project Assurance and related advisory services.

We are sector agnostic but do have a particular focus on the international trust administration, corporate services and alternative fund administration sectors.

Assurify Consulting is an independent management consultancy based in Jersey, Channel Islands. It was founded by Paul Every in 2025, building on his experience growing and developing another consulting business now handed over to its team.

Whilst Paul thoroughly enjoyed growing his previous business, working alongside an incredible team and supporting an inspiring client base, his passion has always been working directly with clients. Over the years, he has found immense fulfilment in helping businesses determine the best course of action to deliver effective change. This passion has now inspired him to take the next step with the launch of Assurify Consulting.

Paul Every BEng (Hons) CEng CITP MBCS MCMI MAPM

Paul has over 20 years of experience in project and programme management and change management. Prior to establishing Solitaire Consulting, he worked for 15 years in local government gaining skills in engineering, information technology and general management. During this period he led a number of process optimisation and business change projects across a diverse public sector organisation and managed back office transformation projects in HR, Finance and IT. These skills were then transferred to the private sector, with most of his recent projects being in offshore financial services and related industries. 

His successful projects include business transformation and process improvement projects for Trust Companies and Law Firms in addition to document management, system integration and platform migration projects. Paul is particularly adept at implementing best practice in project and change management and leveraging technology implementations to drive business improvement and people change.  

Outside of work Paul enjoys spending time with his family and messing about with technology, but his main passion is sailing and anything to do with the sea.
